These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of roameee.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products and services from it. The Website is operated by Nebulon Holdings LTD ("Roameee", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus with its registered address at Kalymnou 1 "Q Merito", 4th Floor, Agios Nikolaos, Kamares, Larnaca 6037, Cyprus. Contact: support@roameee.com.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
1. Eligibility
You may browse the Website if you are 16 or older. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Our products
Roameee sells a screenless digital camera, digital content (including the "Cute Photo Cheat Codes" guide), physical accessories, and — in certain kits — access to online courses and an online community. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are presented as accurately as possible, but minor variations (e.g., packaging, color rendering) may occur. Photographs produced by the camera vary with conditions and use; example images are illustrative.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or resale intent — in which case any amounts paid will be refunded.
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. Resale without our prior written consent is not permitted.
Pre-sale orders: where a product is sold on a pre-sale basis, the estimated shipping window is stated on the product page. You may cancel a pre-sale order for a full refund at any time before it ships (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; changes don't affect orders already confirmed. Prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or import charges, which are shown at checkout where applicable — except import duties and customs charges for international shipments, which are your responsibility (see Shipping Policy).
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments or Klarna. By using Klarna, you also agree to Klarna's own terms and privacy policy. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Obvious pricing errors: if a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
5. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes apply only during their stated validity window, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time (this doesn't affect orders already placed). Abuse of discount codes — including automated redemption, resale of codes, or multiple accounts — may result in order cancellation.
6. Digital content
The digital guide is delivered by email immediately after purchase. It is licensed to you for personal use only: you may not share, resell, republish, or distribute it. The guide remains our intellectual property.
7. Community and course access
Where your kit includes access to an online course or community, access is provided for personal use, is non-transferable, and is subject to reasonable rules of conduct communicated within the community. We may suspend or remove users who are abusive, who spam, or who share paid content outside the community. There is no recurring charge for community access included in a kit.
8. Shipping, returns, defects
Shipping terms (including delivery estimates and import charges) are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellation, and defective-product remedies are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. EU/EEA and UK consumers benefit from a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years; nothing in these Terms limits it.
9. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; introduce malware; scrape or copy the Website by automated means; impersonate any person; or interfere with the Website's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Intellectual property
The Website and all its content — text, images, video, product design, branding, logos, and the Roameee name — are owned by or licensed to Nebulon Holdings LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copy our content without prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial browsing.
11. User content
If you submit or tag us in content (e.g., photos, reviews, social posts) and we ask to feature it — or you use a hashtag we've expressly designated for sharing — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Roameee brand, with credit where practical. You confirm you own the rights to what you share. You can revoke permission for future use at any time by emailing support@roameee.com.
12. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., payment providers, community platforms). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
13. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Website's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect product warranties or guarantees that apply to goods under mandatory consumer law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence).
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, carrier or customs disruptions, epidemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures. If such an event delays your order materially, you may cancel undelivered orders for a full refund.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or of Cyprus.

19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and your purchases.
