Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on roameee.com, operated by Nebulon Holdings LTD ("Roameee", "we", "us"), Larnaca, Cyprus. Questions? support@roameee.com.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If we're unable to ship to your country for legal, carrier, or logistical reasons, we'll notify you and refund your order in full.

Digital delivery

The "Cute Photo Cheat Codes" digital guide is delivered by email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check spam, then email support@roameee.com.

Camera dispatch and delivery times

Cameras typically ship within 14 business days of your order (pre-sale orders ship within the window stated on the product page at the time of your purchase). Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our manufacturing facility in China.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • North America: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

All dispatch and delivery timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, and peak periods can extend delivery times and are outside our control.

If your order is delayed: we'll notify you by email. If your order has not shipped within 30 days of the estimated dispatch date, you may cancel at any time for a full refund by emailing support@roameee.com.

Import duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by your country ("import charges"). These import charges, where applicable, are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. They are determined and collected by your local customs authority or the carrier, and we have no control over them or ability to predict their amount.

If a shipment is returned to us or destroyed because import charges were not paid, the refund terms in our Returns & Refunds Policy apply (product price minus shipping and fees incurred).

Risk and title

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the products. Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

  • Damaged on arrival: contact support@roameee.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund you per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (or shows delivered but you did not receive it), email us within 30 days of the last tracking update. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where the loss is confirmed, replace or refund your order.
  • Incorrect address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because the address you provided was incomplete or incorrect, re-shipping costs are your responsibility.

One order, multiple items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Your digital guide always arrives first, immediately.
