Nebulon Holdings LTD ("Roameee", "we", "us"), Kalymnou 1 "Q Merito", 4th Floor, Agios Nikolaos, Kamares, Larnaca 6037, Cyprus, is the data controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with roameee.com (the "Website") and our products and services. Contact: support@roameee.com.
We sell worldwide. This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, other privacy laws including the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
1. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Order and account data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order history.
- Payment data: processed by Shopify Payments or Klarna. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us, survey responses, reviews.
- Marketing preferences: your email/SMS subscription status and engagement with our messages.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, language, approximate location (city/region), pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the Website — collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from third parties: order, delivery, and payment status from our service providers (e.g., Shopify, carriers, Klarna); advertising interaction data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.

3. Marketing (email and SMS)
If you opt in, we send marketing by email and/or SMS via our platform Klaviyo. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. You can opt out anytime: click "unsubscribe" in any email, reply STOP to any text (reply HELP for help), or email support@roameee.com. Message and data rates may apply to SMS depending on your carrier plan.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only as needed with:
- Platform and infrastructure: Shopify (store, checkout, hosting).
- Payments: Shopify Payments, Klarna (Klarna acts as an independent controller for its own services — see Klarna's privacy notice).
- Marketing and analytics: Klaviyo (email/SMS), Meta, TikTok, Google (advertising and analytics, subject to your cookie consent).
- Fulfillment and delivery: our manufacturer/fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, who receive your name, address, phone, and email as needed for delivery and customs.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.
- Corporate transactions: a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal data for money. Where the sharing of data with advertising platforms constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under US state laws, you can opt out (see Section 8).
5. International transfers
We operate from Cyprus (EU) and ship from China; our service providers process data in various countries including the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where our providers are certified), and equivalent mechanisms.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: order and invoice data for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 6 years in Cyprus); marketing data until you unsubscribe or after a prolonged period of inactivity; support correspondence for up to 3 years. We then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing (including objecting to direct marketing at any time); data portability; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any right, email support@roameee.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) — or with your local authority.
8. US state privacy rights (California and others)
If you reside in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, use the cookie banner controls or email support@roameee.com with the subject "Privacy opt-out". We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
9. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies and tracking technologies we use (including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Klaviyo) and how to manage your preferences. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent where required by law.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on certified platforms like Shopify. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Website is not directed at children under 16, and purchases require you to be 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by email or a Website notice).
