Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on roameee.com, operated by Nebulon Holdings LTD ("Roameee", "we", "us"), Kalymnou 1 "Q Merito", 4th Floor, Agios Nikolaos, Kamares, Larnaca 6037, Cyprus. Questions? Email us at support@roameee.com.

The short version

We think you'll love it. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund. Use the camera, try the guide, take it to dinner — just send it back in good condition if it's not for you.

Before your order ships

Changed your mind before your camera ships? Email support@roameee.com and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full — no questions, no fees.

The 30-day return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. This is more generous than, and includes, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the EU/EEA and UK — you don't need to do anything special to use it.

To start a return, email support@roameee.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be matched to orders and may delay or prevent your refund.

Conditions:

  • The camera and kit contents must be returned in good condition: fully functional, undamaged, with all included items (camera, cheat card / key tag, packaging).
  • You're welcome to have handled and used the product to decide whether you want to keep it. However, if the returned item's value is diminished beyond what's needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning — e.g., damage, missing parts, or wear beyond normal inspection and light use — we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.
  • The digital guide ("Cute Photo Cheat Codes") is included in your refund — you don't lose your refund because you downloaded it.

Costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us; we cannot refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider (including Klarna), it may take additional days for the refund to appear. If you paid with Klarna, your payment plan will be adjusted or cancelled by Klarna after we process the refund.

Defective or incorrect items

If your camera arrives defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, email support@roameee.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. For confirmed defects or errors:

  • We'll offer a replacement first, shipped at our cost, or a full refund (including original shipping) if you prefer or if a replacement isn't available.
  • We cover the return shipping for confirmed defects or errors.

EU/EEA and UK consumers: independent of this policy, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for goods for a minimum of two (2) years from delivery under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

Refused deliveries and failed customs payment

If a package is refused, undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, or returned to us because applicable import duties or taxes were not paid by you, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender, storage, or customs fees we incur. If you'd like the order re-shipped instead, re-shipping costs are your responsibility.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the timelines above, first check with your bank or payment provider. Still nothing? Email support@roameee.com and we'll trace it.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer you just email us first — we're fast.
